Louis Tse

Thermal engineer, JPL

Louis Tse is a Ph.D. candidate at the UCLA Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. He was awarded the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship in 2012 for research of a novel thermal energy storage (TES) system funded by the Department of Energy. His specialization includes numerical modeling, heat transfer, and systems engineering. Tse completed his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University with Summa Cum Laude honors. He also serves as the President of the UCLA Engineering Graduate Student Association (eGSA), Project Leader for the UCLA Volunteer Center, and regular donor at the UCLA Blood and Platelet Center.
